The hotel staff surprised us with a birthday decoration in our room. It felt thoughtful!!! the location is also amazing with direct access to the train stations. This made exploring the city so easy.

i appreciate the microwave, free snacks, and drinks provided. a sheltered link to the mall and bts access is right on the ground floor. the mall is suitable for shopping, and there's a nice, large food court there. the room was clean, and i thought the bed was comfortable.
the translucent roller blinds really need an addition like a block out curtain. the morning sunrise at 5am made the whole room bright. it was difficult to sleep longer in the mornings. lights from other buildings shone in at night.

The breakfast buffet offered many selections. I especially liked the availability of ice cream. The hotel is directly connected to both the BTS and MRT train lines. This made getting around the city very easy. The hotel also connects to a large shopping mall. This provides many options for shopping and dining.

I was a bit let down by a couple of things. the room felt a bit dated. It could really use some updating. also, i found the reception staff weren't very helpful when i asked about a slightly later check-out.
